We are seeking a skilled Tendering professional to join our clients' team in Scotland and manage the bidding process for offshore international projects. This is a full-time contract position for initial 12 month period.

Client office is Glasgow based, applicants are invited for candidates who are open to being office or home based.

Role Overview

• Lead and execute all phases of the tender process for our Water Business Unit, for international offshore projects.
• Ensure all tender requirements are met and accurately reflected in proposals.
• Organize and plan each tender submission to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize technical solutions and offerings.
• Conduct thorough reviews of technical documentation to ensure compliance.
• Perform cost calculations and analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Work closely with project management to assess project costs and profitability.
• Develop and implement best practices for the tendering process.
• Participate in negotiations with clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the tender process.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Prioritize health, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of the business.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience in tendering and proposal development within energy / oil & gas sector.
• Strong understanding of contractual, legal, and commercial aspects.
• Good knowledge of cost analysis and technical offerings optimization.
• Experience with offshore projects of $1 million or more is preferred.
