How you'll make a difference:

You will identify new business and commercial development opportunities by building and maintaining strong business relationships with Mortgage intermediaries through inbound and outbound telephone activity. You'll ensure that Mortgage Intermediaries receive a five-star service in relation to Leeds Building Society's products, criteria and how they meet the needs of potential clients.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in business development or relationship management within a mortgages or financial services industry (or other B2B environment) with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills via inbound and outbound calling activity with the ability to learn detailed knowledge of LBS product range and criteria.
  • High energy, drive, and enthusiasm. Organised and self-motivated with passion for business development
  • Strong product and market industry knowledge, proficiency in analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and understanding competitor dynamics.
