What You'll Do

  • Continuously monitor portfolio performance and conduct periodic performance reviews.
  • Provide reports and analysis to clients of senior management on portfolio performance and market insights. Own delivery & manage an assigned portfolio of business change projects enabled by IT.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and project team to oversee the creation of necessary documentation, including, plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure high delivery standards & performance of project teams formed by internal employees, contractors & external suppliers, providing guidance, support & assurance to team member
  • Maintain strong relations and work closely with senior stakeholders across Vodafone and external partners in order to ensure alignment with the broader commercial objectives of the business.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrable experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Possesses understanding of frameworks (e.g. Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies (e.g. Prince2/ SAFe)
  • Understanding of the application and software development lifecycle
  • Technical change / transformation experience
  • Experience of managing cross cultural teams
  • Leadership - ability to manage, motivate & develop a direct team and in a matrix environment
