Your Mission

As our Technology Partnership Manager, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Head of Partnerships to manage and develop our relationships with top technology partners. Your role is crucial in driving the execution of partnership initiatives and ensuring our partner relationships thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners in the territory, ensuring individual partner goals are achieved.
  • Support the development and implementation of partner marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner success and optimize partnership performance.
  • Conduct regular partner performance analysis and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating partner meetings, enablement sessions, training, and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, or a similar role.
  • Experience of a SaaS Partnership Ecosystem to include, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft and many others.
  • Technical understanding of the Energy industry and how players fit together would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
