Role Overview:

As a Technology Delivery Manager, you are responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology projects. Your role blends strategic leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery using appropriate frameworks, managing scope, timelines, and risks.
• Profitability & Success: Drive service quality and cost efficiency while supporting sales through innovative delivery solutions.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as an SME, guiding teams to maintain high performance and technical excellence.
• Team Engagement: Collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to decision-making, and resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead diverse teams to ensure cohesive and timely project execution.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
• Innovation & Culture: Promote a culture of innovation, intrapreneurship, and people-centric approaches.
• Initiative & Problem Solving: Launch new initiatives and encourage creative problem-solving to meet business objectives.
• Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Skills & Qualifications

Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing IT teams and delivering complex technology projects.
