About The Role
Job Purpose:
To support the Programme manager/s in achieving the build programme rollout.
Responsible for supporting multiple build projects across the wireless mobile networks customers in both the UK & Ireland.
Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed Time, Cost & Quality in the most cost effective and efficient manner, as expected by our internal and external Customers, in accordance with Indigo Telecom Group Project Management Methodology.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Formulate a programme of work for build
- Create SOWs for project teams and suppliers
- The role holder will ensure projects are delivered (cost, quality, time) successfully and meet the end customer requirements and remain satisfied with the services.
- Support Sales, Bid team and Programme Manager in quote and bid creation as required.
- Reviewing & marking up DDs and BOM/BOQs prior to build
- Creating HOPs post build
- Raising kit call offs
- Creating material and consumable orders
- Assessing technical solutions
- Reviewing technical engineering updates
- Attending workshops & gating meetings prior to build
- Problem solving
- Identifying workarounds
- Risk mitigation
- Supporting on-site deployment activities (rigging & I&C etc.) being on the day (OTD) point of contact
- Approving test results and MHOPs for site acceptance etc.
- Project reporting on site build progress
- Customer Relationships/Customer satisfaction
- Resources Management
- Compliance
About You
- Experienced with Design & Build of mobile networks projects (new build, upgrades, tech upgrades)
- Competent with formulating programme of works / SOWs with a Wireless and/or Rigging knowledge, and the ability to digest technical engineering work packages.
- Beyond build management experience, to make your job easier, experience with;
- DICI
- CRQs
- Health and Safety Risk Assessments
- If you have previous experience with Remedy, Sitetracker, Siterra or Helix would be beneficial
- You will be joining a highly skilled, experienced and passionate team
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communications skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Organised and disciplined in approach.
- Work ethic flexibility in terms of hours and geography (work in other locations and/or outside normal working hours when required);
- Ability to create or introduce new ideas, methods, or processes to the workplace.
- Proven track record in engineering and implementation management.
- Budgetary and business acumen.
- Flexible approach and commitment to meet the client request
