Role Overview: As an Electrically Biased Technical Services Manager, you will be a key member of our project team, responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our office fit-out projects. You will work closely with our design and construction teams to ensure all electrical installations are completed to the highest standards, within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all electrical installations and services for office fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager role with a strong electrical bias.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
