Overview
Should be a people manager in terms of collaborating among Customer team, onsite and India Prodapt teams.
• Should lead from front in solving problems being faced by team and exhibit technical, analytical, and logical thinking.
• Should own and track routine managerial tasks of his/her program from resource planning/hiring, transitioning, coaching/mentoring, reporting.
• Should be fluent with communication, presentation skills. Prepare and Present WSR/MSR, etc
• Should be able to support Delivery head with margin improvement initiatives.
• Should have good technical skills in Java and Microservices and possess leadership skill and strong Delivery skill.
• Good experience in a similar role with hands-on OSS support in the telecommunications industry.
• Establish quick rapport with Customers by solving their expectations. Be ready to travel, meet/greet customers as required.
• Must have prior experience in managing large projects.
• Should have strong SLAs management and reporting skill.
• Should have full control of the project to provide updates to Management and Customer anytime.
• Should have contributed to value adds and automations to improve performance of the team.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Research best practices and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results.
• Must have worked in Telecom Support Projects
