And we're on the hunt for a Technical Programme Manager (Inside IR35 6 months' Contract). Please note, you will be required to work onsite in Central London 1-2 days per week.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
You will work with one of our key customers as a Technical Programme Manager in their International team. Part of the role will be to look after the International team so you will require a strong background as a scrum master as well as core delivery and project management skills. We need a Technical Programme Manager who is outcome orientated, customer focused and timeline driven. You will also help us shape ways of working, shaping dev ops, implementation and working in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and changes in priorities and ideally worked close to product managers before and have a solid agile/scrum background.

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Demonstrated strong Programme Management skills preferably within the Retail space.
  • Detailed technical planning and risk management experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience navigating through technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working under pressure and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and inter-personal skills.
