About the Role:

As a Technical Program Manager you will work as part of the management team of Lyra International Tech to manage large cross-functional development projects of significant strategic importance. This role will involve a large amount of collaboration with teams in the US, South Africa and our 11 other operations worldwide. It is an opportunity to help improve our systems and business processes as we help over 10 million people worldwide manage and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Location:

This is a London or commuter belt based position with a requirement to attend the London office once a week. Some international travel to the US may be required.

Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs involving multiple key stakeholder groups across Lyra's international teams, driving the execution of the programs to time and budget.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope of projects, set deliverables, timelines and hold all teams accountable in a defined and measurable way.
    • Communicate program progress clearly and regularly to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Continuously assess the progress of programs, intervene to mitigate any delays or blockers, and flexibly respond to unforeseen issues to deliver the best results for the business.
    • Support the leadership of technical teams within Lyra International Tech, where relevant, to provide project management frameworks, post release assessments, and advice.
    • Support the Director of International Technology on the strategic management of roadmap goals across the department, including the development of department wide KPIs for key projects.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in program management or technical project management exceptional organisational skills.
    • Proven track record of managing complex technical programs, including cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery on time and on budget
    • Strong experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts, architecture, and development processes.
    • Experience managing global or distributed teams, with an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and remote work challenges across multiple timezones

Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong proven understanding of software development and Agile development methodologies.
    • Experience using program management and development tools, including Asana, Jira, and Confluence
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and advocate with technical, non-technical and leadership teams.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Azure Data Factory, and Netsuite is a plus.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus
    • Experience in an international company is a plus
    • Experience in a healthcare company is a plus
