Drive AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers as a Technical Program Manager at Raft. This hands-on role involves implementing, debugging, and optimizing our next-gen agentic platform, coordinating internal and external teams, and translating technical needs into business impact. What you will do:

• Drive complex, fast-moving programs, coordinating internal engineers, data scientists, and external customer teams.
• Lead short-term technical projects to deploy and integrate our AI platform, debugging and troubleshooting customer issues in real-time.
• Serve as the technical point of contact during deployment, translating customer objectives into actionable technical plans.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering in SaaS/AI.
• Deep comfort operating across technical and non-technical domains, with strong debugging and troubleshooting instincts.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with daily use of AI tools in your workflow.
