Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience with server side development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing software development projects.
• Experience in SQL scripting, reporting tools, Metrics Dashboards and Data Visualization.
• Ability to switch between big picture and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt messages to both technical and business audiences and influence without authority.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new cross-functional programs through their full lifecycle to meet team level objectives.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
• Demonstrate technical understanding and work with engineers and technology.
