ROLE: Technical Product Manager

LOCATION: Eurocell Technical centre

SALARY: £35,000-£40,000 plus company car and benefits

HOURS: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Technical Team as a Technical Product Manager to manage and support the workshop Technical Assistants in the L&D Centre including ordering materials. The duties may involve product training on the Eurocell Building Plastics product ranges.

WHAT OUR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER WILL DO:

• Manage workshop Technical Assistants
• Ordering materials
• Resolving any escalated issues regarding stock and deliveries
• Carry out product training to staff as and when required to increase product knowledge
• Inspect and survey properties and organise remedial action
• Records and reports produced as required
• Queries logged from installers, householders, architects and internal sources.
• Ensure team compliance training is up to date and recorded as required

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUT TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER:

• Excellent communicator
• Exceptional attention to detail and evidence of checking accuracy of team outputs
• Strong analytical report writing skills
• Experience of managing others
• Technical Education - BTEC, OND, HNC or Level 4 Apprenticeship (or sufficient on the job experience)
• Broad relevant practical experience
• Resource planning experience
• Able to problem solve and implement solutions at team level
• Must have a full driving licence and be willing to travel with overnight stays when necessary
