Purpose of the Role
Join the Bespoke Design Team as the Technical Manager for Visualisation, where you'll take the creative lead on generating visualisation solutions for Bentley Mulliner's new products, playing a key role in supporting our Beyond100+ strategy.
Reporting into the Functional Manager - Bespoke you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life with state-of-the-art visualisation tools; creating animations, VR experiences and renders, leading on design development proposals in house or in co-operation with external partners.
You will work to deliver proposals and concepts in line with Bentley's brand values and design strategy. Developing and presenting formal and functional solutions that integrate innovation and creativity in future Bentley product proposals.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary Visualisation Artist with a passion for luxury cars, and a knack for transforming ideas into stunning visual content.
- Creation of high quality renderings (VRED)
- Image compositing within Photoshop
- Colour Mastering of Digital Material Assets
- Maintaining of Digital Master Files across the Bentley Product Portfolio
- Creation of VR Scenes for Project Approval

The Team is responsible for handling all Collection, Coach built and Classic projects for Mulliner and so are responsible for delivering a wide variety of projects, from meeting clients all over the world to creating limited edition products. About you - Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will be a Visualisation Artist / Designer with proven ability to operate in a flexible manner while supporting multiple projects. Motivated and driven you will take ownership of your projects to achieve the best results possible within the Studio. You will have the appropriate experience working in the Automotive, Film or Gaming industry and / or equivalent Automotive, Games Design or 3D Animation degree.
- 5+ years of experience of digital creation tools and techniques
- Skill to design and develop forward thinking and innovative design proposals
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions
- Ability to communicate and present design proposals and ideas across the company in different forums
- Ability to influence colleagues within area of responsibility
- Ability to work proactively in a fast paced environment with ad-hoc requests
- Curiosity with an open minded approach and a strong willingness to learn
- Can do attitude with problem solving ability
