We're hiring a D.C.O Specialist to work on a hybrid basis from any of our main office locations (Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds or London).

Purpose of the Role

The Technical Dynamic Creative Executive will be responsible for developing the technical strategy, set-up and optimisation of all personalised advertising and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities will include scoping technical requirements based on dynamic campaign brief and implementing custom strategy on diverse DCO tech platforms including setting up feeds, campaigns, API integrations, and decision trees. They will also be required to provide insights for optimisation of campaign performance and create reports with in-depth analysis and commentary. Their focus will be producing work and technical strategy to the highest of standards with a continued effort in optimising campaigns to achieve the best results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently with data to set up and manage feed data and campaigns for clients
  • across diverse DCO technology platforms
  • Complete day to day optimisation across client accounts
  • Use data and insight to identify potential issues/opportunities and be pro-active in sharing these
  • Create reports with in-depth analysis and narrative
  • Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery to the highest standard, on time and meeting the clients goals
  • Quality check of all work output across client accounts ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice
  • Continually review and suggest changes to strategies based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs
  • Contribute knowledge and expertise to the wider team
  • Present to and communicate with clients and key stakeholders

Key Skills

• Strong analytical skills and demonstrate an aptitude for working with data
• Able to understand, follow and devise processes
• A high degree of numeracy and literacy
• Ability to work under pressure, on multiple tasks and with time critical deadlines
• Effective when working as part of a team
• Highly literate in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Keen interest in technology

Key Experiences

  • Passionate about the internet and technology, with a keen interest in the development of media advertising, keeping track of new developments within the industry
  • Experience working in media advertising and/or experience working in Programmatic, Paid Social or Paid Search role
