Job Description
- Support all processing trials including injection moulding, extrusion and blow moulding
- Support existing customer technical enquiries and issues
- Ensure all sales and technical projects are in line with company expectations
- Handle all material complaints using internal process and in line with EMS Quality manual
- To support Sales team with customer Tech Days, Seminars and Events
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in plastics technology, plastics processing or a comparable relevant technical education
- Excellent understanding of the injection moulding and extrusion processes
- Good analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience in the design of plastic components is an advantage
- Ability to interpret MoldFlow analysis results is preferred
- Ability to understand FEA results would be desirable
- Good understanding of mechanical properties and the relevance these have on product design
- Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
- Travel activity up to 80%
