Job Title: Technical Administrator

Location: Barrow – Onsite

Salary: Competitive

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support in daily office duties and document control

  • Distributing documents to appropriate teams and team leaders

  • Communicating & collaborating effectively with a wide range of teams in the business unit

  • Supporting meetings by organising conference rooms and minute taking

  • General administerial duties to include Mailbox management, meeting scheduling, and diary management

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent communication abilities with a collaborative, adaptable, and organised approach

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced cross functional environment

Desirable:

  • Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience

Technical Services Support Cluster Team:

The Technical Services Support Cluster is a newly formed team, which is growing to support across the Technical Services Cluster which sits within Engineering. This teams’ primary focuses are the health and safety of the Specialist Engineering Group as well as infrastructure requirements and improvements across the wide range of facilities which the group has. The role offers excellent exposure across the business, with visibility to senior leaders and a wide range of external stakeholders and partners. You’ll be part of a positive, friendly working environment where your contributions make a real impact.

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
