What you’ll be doing:

Provide a full range of administrative support to keep operations running smoothly

Communicating & collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders – both internal and external

Act as the main point of contact for SHE administrative needs, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and efficiently

Collaborating with the SHE department daily, working with our local SHE Advisor, SHE TU Rep, Environmental Advisor as well as the medical team
-
Supporting the Senior Project Professional on implementing the 5S strategy & SOE throughout Engineering
Your skills and experiences:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication abilities with a collaborative, adaptable, and organised approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced cross functional environment

Technical Services Support Cluster Team:
The Technical Services Support Cluster is a newly formed team, which is growing to support across the Technical Services Cluster which sits within Engineering. This teams’ primary focuses are the health and safety of the Specialist Engineering Group as well as infrastructure requirements and improvements across the wide range of facilities which the group has. The role offers excellent exposure across the business, with visibility to senior leaders and a wide range of external stakeholders and partners. You’ll be part of a positive, friendly working environment where your contributions make a real impact.
