Nayax UK is now looking for an experienced EV Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen its sales and business development team,full-time.

The Technical Account Manager EV will ensure seamless deployment, onboarding, training and account management of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for both distributors and direct customers/CPOs. This role works closely with sales, product, technical and support teams, and both distributors and customers/CPOs to provide high-quality support throughout the implementation lifecycle and live account with Nayax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and commercial teams with sales customer discussions
  • Support the end-to-end implementation of EV charging solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, technical, and support teams to provide full end to end account management and support for CPOs
  • Ensure accurate, timely and efficient training and support of both distributors and direct customers/CPOs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process.
  • Project manager OCPP and OCPI integrations
  • Provide training and guidance to CPOs on EV charging systems and tools.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and CPO communications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with internal teams.
  • Grow and scale with the EV charging team

Requirements

  • Experience working with or for a UK CPMS
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support, project coordination, or implementation roles with a CPO or CPMS
  • Strong product understanding of EV chargers, payment solutions, and CPMS platforms
  • Great positive attitude and focused on solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with technical systems and software relevant to EV charging and payment solutions.
  • Ambitious and desire to grow with the business
