Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Your Role, Your Impact

As a Technical Account Manager, you will bring your expertise as a property management professional, with experience in managing complex buildings and working within client-facing roles. With around 50% of your working week spent on-site, you will be deeply embedded with clients, building strong partnerships and effectively managing expectations. Your naturally commanding presence will enable you to lead meetings with authority and confidence. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of BSA to advise clients, ensuring compliance for both the client and FirstPort, while driving excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meet with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for new opportunities, mobilising developments, and managing active portfolios.
  • Partner with clients to offer expert advice on creating management strategies for long-term success.
  • Contribute to designing management solutions and ensure compliance with Section 106 obligations, Green Travel Plans, and other planning requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Service Charge Team Leader to produce cost estimates for new developments and changes during the mobilisation process.
  • Support the recruitment and development of operational teams for complex, high-value developments, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Project manage the onboarding of new developments, ensuring systems are set up and guiding clients through the integration process using operational, technical, and commercial expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client management, account management, or technical support roles.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to balance multiple clients demands and prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance.
