What you'll do

• Be proactive in learning the python-based SigTech platform so that you can effectively support our existing user base and discover opportunities for product development
• Develop a strong understanding of financial instruments and systematic investing to better comprehend the goals and workflows of our clients
• Take an active role in managing existing accounts, focusing on building relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct engaging demonstrations of the SigTech platforms to potential clients, and diligently follow up to manage the sales process and build strong relationships
• Provide scalable solutions to client queries or escalate them to the appropriate team
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and quant teams in an agile environment to deliver continuous product improvements
• Periodically collaborate with the marketing team on creating content and releases

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
• Strong understanding of Python and experience working with python-based platforms
• Knowledge of financial instruments, systematic investing, and cloud computing
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem solving
• Ability to translate product insights into actionable requirements that can be understood by engineering teams while being heavily user-focused
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to both support and gather feedback from clients, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Motivated and driven by success

Great to have

• Derivatives trading experience
• Experience in trading strategies research
• Experience in the commodity trading/hedging space will be highly regarded
