Job Description:
As the founding member of the customer success team, you will bridge the gap between groundbreaking generative physics AI and enterprise engineering leaders. You will manage high-stakes technical partnerships with global innovators in aerospace and automotive, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value while building the playbooks for future scale.

What you will do:

• Lead enterprise accounts from initial pilot through to full-scale production deployment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and measure technical success and business outcomes
• Translate customer feedback and simulation results into product roadmap insights for research teams

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or complex enterprise delivery
• Deep domain expertise in simulation, CAE, AI, or advanced engineering software solutions
• Founder's mentality with the ability to build processes from scratch while maintaining a commercial mindset
