Salary £31,067 - £35,235 per annum | Fixed term until 28/03/2025 l Full Time, 37 hours per week | West Lancashire Domiciliary Service l Skelmersdale

Management Opportunity Grade 7 - West Lancashire Domiciliary Service

Hours of work - 37 hours per week - working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including working evening, weekends and statutory holidays as required.

The role will involve being a manager to staff teams who support adults with learning disabilities, in their own homes. You will work directly alongside the staff teams to ensure effective support to the people who use the service, and this will include evening and weekend working as well as some on-call duties and sleep-in duties.

The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a learning disability and will have a passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.

Applicants must have Health and Social Care level 3 or equivalent
