Team Manager - Financial Wellbeing

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Manager for our Financial Wellbeing Team to join us on a temporary, part-time basis for up to 16 weeks. This role is critical in supporting some major developments within the team and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in adult care services

About the Role
You will play a key role in overseeing some significant changes in our service provision and will be working closely with colleagues across Adult Care and the wider Council to help shape and implement improvements.

  • Proven experience in adult care financial wellbeing services
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Contract Details

  • Temporary contract for up to 16 weeks
  • Part-time hours (flexible working arrangements considered)
  • Immediate start
  • Salary £50,269- £54,495 pro-rata per annum
