Salary-£31,067 £35,235 per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | South Ribble Adult Disability Service | County Hall
This is a permanent full-time management opportunity to cover a vacancy within the South Ribble District Adult Disability Supported living service.
Hours of work: Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required. You will receive a 33% enhancement for hours worked at weekends, an additional 50% increment for Bank Holidays, and £39.24 sleep-in allowance per night.
The role will involve being the manager of two or three teams of staff who support adults with disabilities living in their own homes in the South Ribble area to live the lives they want and work directly alongside the staff teams to ensure effective support to the people who use the service and will include weekend and evening work as well as on-call and some sleep-in duties.
The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a disability and will have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
