We need a permanent Team Manager to work in Lancashire as part of our Adult Services Mental Health Team.

We're driving forward innovative practice that will make a difference to our communities and we need new Team Managers to help us achieve our vision of supporting people to achieve what they want to, living independently in a place they call their home.

Your priority is to manage the professional practice and operational processes associated with Adult Mental Health Social Care Team concerning: assessment and case management; support planning and review; and safeguarding and prevention, to promote recovery and mental wellness. To work in partnership with other stakeholders i.e LSCFT, ICB

This fast-paced role involves working with adults with a range of mental health difficulties who require statutory interventions. You will manage people who undertake complex assessments, commission care, undertake duty tasks and work as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team with a focus on collaboration and co-production.

We offer a range of development opportunities and support progression. There is an expectation that Team Managers will undertake their Approved Mental Health Professional qualification if not already held.
