Salary: £51,801 - £59,724 per annum
Market supplement: additional £5,400 per annum

Are you a Team Manager looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic, passionate social work Team Manager in one of our Aftercare Teams who can lead and provide excellent support to our Personal Advisors. Thurrock provides an opportunity to develop good practice and work with an ambitious, supportive management team.
Rated 'Outstanding' across all areas in our most recent Ofsted Inspection in 2024, Thurrock Council are now looking forward to not only maintaining an outstanding rating but striving to make further improvements in our service delivery. We are looking for talented Team Managers who can help provide outstanding care, good outcomes and support to care leavers.
Thurrock has a friendly and supportive Children's Services Department and we work within the Signs of Safety model, use a contextual safeguarding approach and are passionate about developing staff with a good training and development offer.
