Hours: 37 per week

Location: Corbyn Road, Dudley

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Experienced/Care Leavers Service. You will:-

• Be responsible for the leadership and management of a care experienced/care leavers team, ensuring that our young people and adults receive responsive services that safeguard and promote their welfare;
• Provide operational leadership, vision and direction by delivering service improvement within the post 18-25 service
• Actively promote and contribute to the transition planning for our care experienced and supporting them to reach their potential
• To work with two other Team Managers and be responsible for a team of ensuring accountability and achieving its operational plan: by promoting an appropriate culture, empowering others and setting and maintaining high and measurable standards of practice.
• To work in partnership with colleagues and agencies support the overall needs of our care experienced young people
