Team Manager - Family Intervention Service (2 vacancies)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Manager to join our Family Intervention Service.
Your leadership will ensure that children, young people, and their families receive the assessments and support services they need to thrive. You will oversee processes and decision-making, chair multi-agency meetings, analyse performance information, and support best practice service delivery through professional guidance, quality assurance processes and supervision.
Your work will be crucial in providing early help and high-quality support to children, young people, and families. You will help children to feel safe, secure, and nurtured within their home and community, build family resilience, improve emotional and physical health, and facilitate access to positive activities, enabling children and young people to achieve their full potential. Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
