Team Manager - Care Homes Team (Permanent 37 hrs)

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in leadership skills to lead our Care Homes Team.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a strong Safeguarding Manager, managing organisational safeguarding processes, and handling court work.

You will be responsible for overseeing Care Act assessments and reviews, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our service users.

As one of four Team Managers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our service and making a positive impact on the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and support to a team of social workers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals, providers, and local communities.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in social work.
  • Strong Safeguarding Manager skills and experience of leading Organisational Safeguarding.

Team Manager - S2A Team (Permanent 18.5hrs)

Join our Living and Ageing Well Service as a Part-Time Social Work Team Manager in the Somewhere Else to Assess team.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to work with the current Team Manager and oversee the service, with a focus on supporting hospital discharge processes.

Team Manager - Community North Teams (Temporary 9 months (Maternity Cover) 30hrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to join our cohesive and supportive team responsible for providing operational leadership for our Community North Teams.

As a Team Manager, you will oversee a team of social workers and Social Care Practitioners delivering services to known customers in the city centre and west of the city (PCN City and West 5).

Key Responsibilities:

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
