Team Manager - Lancaster & Morecambe Domiciliary Service

Management Opportunity Grade 7 Lancaster and Morecambe Domiciliary Service

Hours of work - 37 hours per week - working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including working evening, weekends and statutory holidays as required.

This is a permanent management opportunity to cover a vacancy within the service. The role will involve being the manager to staff teams who support adults with learning disabilities. The role will involve working directly alongside the staff teams to ensure effective support to the people who use the service, and will include evening and weekend working as well as some on-call duties and sleep-in duties.

The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a learning disability and will have a passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
