We are looking for a Caring and reliable Team manager to work within the West Lancashire Short Breaks Service in Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council located in Skelmersdale.

We are looking for a Team Manager with person centred values and previous experience supporting adults in social care. Who would like to make a difference to the people we support focusing on positive outcomes and high service standards.

West Lancashire short breaks is a respite service for adults with learning disabilities offering six bedrooms for long, short term and emergency respite. Supporting carers for a break in care and seen as a holiday for Guests.

Team manager will need to be flexible around rota supporting staff team, bank holidays, occasional weekend work and on-call duties on a rota basis.
