We are looking for a Visitor Experience Operations Manager to manage a team of Visitor Experience Duty Managers and Gallery Hosts to work across Serpentine to ensure that visitors are welcomed well and receive high standards of customer service.
We are looking for someone who:
- is a strong people manager and team leader, with demonstrable experience in giving and receiving feedback effectively, conducting probationary reviews and appraisals
- has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- can really problem solve and has a demonstrable ability to identify, analyse, and resolve complex problems effectively and efficiently
- is proactive: a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
