The Role

We're looking for a Talent Technology Specialist to join our Technology Consulting team. In this role you'll help organisations improve how they attract and hire talent by implementing and optimising recruitment technologies.

This role will primarily focus on SmartRecruiters, one of the leading Applicant Tracking Systems used by global organisations. You'll work alongside experienced consultants supporting client projects and will receive training on the platform if you don't already have experience with it.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in technology, HR, and consulting. You might currently work in HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment operations and want to move into the technology side of the industry. Alternatively, you may already have some exposure to HR or recruitment systems.

Over time, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your expertise across other leading talent technology platforms such as Workday, Avature, Phenom, and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of talent technology consulting and implementation projects
  • Assist with configuration and testing of recruitment platforms, primarily SmartRecruiters
  • Create project documentation, reports, and implementation materials
  • Help analyse processes and identify opportunities to improve how technology is used
  • Contribute research and insights on emerging talent technology trends

Skills & Requirements

You'll need to demonstrate:

Must haves

  • Interest in HR technology, recruitment technology, or consulting
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, Avature, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar
  • Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, or technology
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to have

  • Professional fluency in French or German
