The Role

We're looking for a Talent Technology Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team, focusing primarily on SmartRecruiters implementations and optimisation projects.

In this role, you'll work directly with clients to help design, configure, and implement recruitment technology solutions that support modern hiring processes. You'll take ownership of key project activities and help deliver successful implementations.

You may currently work in Talent Acquisition, HR technology, recruitment operations, or a consulting role, and have hands-on experience using or administering SmartRecruiters or another Applicant Tracking System.

Over time, you'll also have opportunities to expand your expertise across other leading talent technology platforms such as Workday, Avature, Phenom, and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver or support SmartRecruiters technology implementation and optimisation projects
  • Work with clients to understand recruitment processes and design effective technology solutions
  • Configure the platform, support integrations, and coordinate testing activities
  • Manage key project deliverables, timelines, and documentation
  • Support user training and system adoption
  • Mentor Analyst-level team members and contribute to best practices

Skills & Requirements

You'll need to demonstrate:

Must haves

  • Experience working with SmartRecruiters
  • Experience with other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is also valuable
  • Background in HR technology, Talent Acquisition operations, or technology consulting
  • Experience supporting system implementations or process improvements
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Professional fluency in French or German is highly desirable
