Workplace: Orange Tower, Media City, Salford (expectation is at least 2 days per week in the office).
Salary: ITV is an accredited Living Wage employer and will pay no less than the Living wage for any role.

You'll work closely with talent team colleagues, building strong relationships across production teams, HR and external stakeholders.
Production schedules can change quickly, so you'll need to be comfortable managing shifting priorities and occasional last-minute requests - but you'll be fully supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Experience providing administrative support in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Experience maintaining accurate records or data using systems such as spreadsheets or recruitment platforms
- Experience supporting meetings, interviews or small-scale events
- Strong communication skills (for example written skills such as social media posts, newsletters or coursework)
- Evidence of learning new systems or processes and applying them effectively
- A demonstrable interest in recruitment, HR or television production management
Other things we're looking for (key criteria)
- Some understanding of employment and GDPR legislation and its application in the context of recruitment and contracting (further training can be given).
- Experience of, or clear interest in, working in a film/television production environment and knowledge of the roles and skills required to make a successful team.
- Experience of supporting recruitment processes using a range of approaches, systems and software packages in a fast turnaround fluid working environment.
- Experience of assisting with campaigns, events and initiatives to attract new talent using a wide range of marketing tools including social media.
- Experience working collaboratively with others to solve problems and improve ways of working.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management together with the ability to build positive relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
