HELPING OUR CLIENTS UNLOCK GROWTH IN THE PLATFORM WORLD
Our clients compete in the platform world, a horizontal marketplace between creators and consumers, between speakers and listeners, between buyers and sellers. To thrive in the platform world, companies must continue to innovate their products and business models. Four imperatives (1. Real Identity, 2. Dynamic, Diverse and Disruptive Creativity 3., Smart Media and 4. Direct Relationships) via our suite of world-class agencies, are necessary for modern brands to win in the platform world. At Publicis Groupe, we've invested in capabilities across these four imperatives our clients need to unlock growth. As the only one who can architect, build and orchestrate end to end solutions, not only do we have a proven record of building bespoke models for clients and leading expertise across all major industry categories, we are able to offer our talents more opportunities to grow and benefit from a richer learning experience. We call this Power of One. Powered by a 100,000-strong network via Marcel, our AI-based platform, we are also able to provide our clients and talents instant access to resource, knowledge for any need, any time, in any market.

THE SPIRIT OF VIVA LA DIFFERENCE
Viva La Difference is deeply rooted in everything we do. It has always been in our DNA. From the birth of Publicis, 94 years ago, when Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, our founder, invented French advertising. Viva La Difference expresses how we value and respect each individual and recognize what makes us distinctive. This is the charge that inspires our teams to celebrate the differences in identity, background, culture, and experience of all of us. It is how we behave with each other and our clients, and it is deeply rooted throughout our work, to elevate and bring to life our differences throughout the platform world.

Overview

Start your career in HR | Learn fast | Make real impact

Ever wondered what actually goes on behind the scenes of a great workplace?
This is your chance to find out.

We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator who's curious, organised, and genuinely interested in how people experience work. You don't need to have "done HR forever" - this role is perfect if you're early in your career, switching paths, or looking for hands-on experience in a fast-moving, creative environment.

You'll sit at the heart of our Talent (HR) team, supporting employees across the full employee journey - from their first day to their next big step.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

You'll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our people, helping make work life run smoothly.

That includes:

  • Being a go-to person for employee questions (pay, benefits, holidays, systems, life stuff)
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle - onboarding new starters, offboarding leavers, contract updates, and different types of leave
  • Keeping employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks, joiners & leavers)
  • Supporting employee relations meetings (including note-taking and follow-ups)
  • Working closely with Payroll & Benefits to make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time
  • Coordinating probation and performance review processes end-to-end
  • Tracking holiday and absence data and flagging anything that needs attention
  • Processing invoices and POs when required
  • Helping improve how we do things - spotting what could work better and actually helping change it
  • Supporting wider Talent and culture projects across Publicis Groupe

You'll learn how HR really works, not just the theory.

Qualifications

This role is for you if...

  • You're naturally organised and like keeping things on track
  • You're a clear, confident communicator (written and spoken)
  • You handle information with discretion, trust, and integrity
  • You care about getting the details right and delivering quality work
  • You enjoy working with people and collaborating with different teams
  • You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
  • You're curious, resilient, and open to learning as you go
  • You're confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • You're interested in HR, people, culture - and ideally the marketing/creative world

You don't need to tick every box - we're more interested in potential and mindset.

Bonus (not essential):

  • Experience using HR systems or databases
