You're sparked by the idea of being able to design a talent ecosystem from the ground up and eager to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
What You'll Do:

- Collaborate across the team to integrate competency models into all elements of our employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, succession planning, etc).
Reward Design to Drive Strategy Execution:
- Build a reward system that links compensation and recognition directly to business performance and desired behaviours.
- Ensure that reward practices reinforce both the core competency model and the job architecture, enabling recognition across all career tracks.
Integrated Talent Management:
- Leverage systems thinking to guarantee that all talent frameworks -job architecture, career pathing, reward systems, competencies, etc -are interconnected to unlock individual employee and business success.
- Establish measurement strategies for assessing system effectiveness and consciously improve talent enablement efforts.
What it Takes:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or Organizational Change, or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise organisation development, large-scale business transformation and/or talent management in a global business setting. Deep domain expertise in designing integrated talent management frameworks and systems.
- Proven agility in thriving within dynamic, global, and complex environments while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully designing systemic talent solutions, assessing operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts to completion, and monitoring outcomes. Proven track record of building job architecture, core competency frameworks and reward systems in multiple business environments.
- Possesses a pragmatic approach to talent management and organization effectiveness practices; able to translate complex talent models into practical business friendly solutions.
- Languages: English required
What We'd Love:
