The Role:

We are seeking a Talent and Inclusion Manager to join our People team. As the Senior Talent and Inclusion Partner, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within our organisation. Your main responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement inclusive hiring strategies across all areas of our business. You'll also cultivate and manage relationships with external DE&I partners to further enrich our hiring practices.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the People team, hiring managers, and the Director of DE&I to advertise, promote, and recruit for vacancies, ensuring a fair and accessible candidate journey. You'll be instrumental in challenging thinking, driving initiatives that support diverse talent acquisition, and promoting our employer brand. By building and maintaining relationships with universities, businesses, and community organisations, you will source diverse talent pipelines and enhance our recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will support our Head of Talent in maintaining candidate engagement and stakeholder involvement throughout the hiring process, ensuring our strategies align with the overall organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration :

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance and execute inclusive hiring strategies aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help embed DE&I principles into our talent acquisition processes and practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to foster an inclusive hiring environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the People team, hiring managers, and Director of DE&I to advertise, promote, and recruit for vacancies.

External Partnerships :

  • Establish and nurture relationships with external DE&I partners, including organisations, networks, and communities, to expand our talent pool and enhance our employer brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, businesses, and community organisations to source diverse talent pipelines.

Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Support the Head of Talent in ensuring that all open positions are effectively managed, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure fairness and accessibility throughout the candidate journey.

Candidate Experience and Process Improvement :

  • Design and refine interview processes to ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience, incorporating feedback and best practices.
  • Implement measures to track and improve key metrics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in our hiring process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inclusive hiring to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Passion for Inclusive Hiring and DE&I: Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, with a track record of implementing inclusive hiring practices.
  • HR Experience: Previous experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields, with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Creative Recruitment Experience: Understanding and experience working across creative and design roles.
  • Hiring Across Multiple Departments and Levels: Proven ability to manage recruitment processes across diverse departments and levels within an organisation.
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions to enhance our inclusive hiring practices.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.

  • HR Experience: Previous experience in People focused human resources, with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
