Human Resources (HR) comprises advice, services, and solutions in the areas of human resources management (e.g. total rewards, learning, talent acquisition & development, mobility) and organisation (e.g. leadership, organisational development, diversity).

Subfamily Description

Talent Management (TMA) comprises the development and implementation of the talent strategy, standards, and frameworks and the ensuring that they are linked to commercial priorities. Covers the definition and assessment of the organisation's talent needs based upon business objectives. Contains the development and implementation of strategies, programmes, plans, and programme materials related to the full coverage of the employee lifecycle within Nokia.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and People Partners in the creation of talent pools
  • Design and manage the rotation program. Initial pilot and then lead a scalable solution.
  • Act as the glue between TA and Talent Mobility to ensure visibility of internal talent for any open vacancies
  • Provide career guidance and coaching for individuals identified as Talent
  • Design and manage a shadow program - tapping into the wealth of skills and experience of our Boomer population
  • Identify technology solutions to ensure a scalable and automated process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Deep experience of employee attraction cycle at the most senior level
  • Able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders
  • Strong feedback and coaching skills
  • Expert in relationship management - able to foster trust with senior leaders, people partners, TA, identified talent and those in our Shadow Program
  • Continuously strive for scalability and automation
