Talent Development Partner

  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess and identify talent within allocated business areas
  • Design and implement effective leadership programmes, staying updated on the latest leadership trends
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Act as a point of contact for business areas, advising on learning interventions and talent succession plans
  • Contribute to shaping the Talent Development Strategy to add value to our business, colleagues, and strategic objectives
  • Monitor, analyse, and measure the impact of talent development initiatives using relevant metrics
  • Lead or support talent programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team and wider People team to ensure consistency in approach and commitments to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of a leadership framework, including skills, knowledge, values, and behaviours for effective leadership across different levels
  • Support leaders and leadership teams in building the skills, behaviours, and mindset needed to lead effectively in the business

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent development, leadership frameworks, and programme design
  • Strong collaborative skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing learning needs and proposing effective solutions
  • Ability to analyse and present success metrics for talent development initiatives
  • Agile and resilient, with the capability to work at pace in a changing environment
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in talent management and succession planning
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Empathetic and supportive attitude towards colleagues at all levels
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
