The Role
At AMS, talent is our world. Our Attraction team are experts in attracting, engaging, and exciting talent, raising awareness of our clients and ultimately positioning them as an employer of choice. Our Talent Attraction Partners define and own all attraction strategies that align with our client's talent acquisition strategies. They focus on client fulfilment to ensure we deliver service excellence and commercial outcomes for AMS.
Accountabilities
Deliver annual / quarterly Attraction strategy for client(s)
Create engaging attraction campaigns for clients that are delivered on time in line with budget
Direct & drive all attraction activity for client/s
Create and maintain up to date budget trackers for client(s)
Create and present MBR and/or QBR reports & slides for relevant business areas / client(s)
Develop strong relationships within team, SIA, CST and client
Provide detailed briefs for Digital Media & Content & Production hubs
Have engaged clients with zero escalations on campaigns, any risks mitigated

Strategic
Partner with Talent Acquisition business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored attraction strategies.
Provide talent attraction intelligence, media mapping, and competitor insights to inform decision-making.
Align recruitment delivery with employer brand and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & client stakeholders.
Lead strategic attraction planning sessions and provide regular performance updates.
Operational Excellence
Ensure accurate and timely delivery on all attraction campaigns & strategies
Monitor attraction metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific hiring standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing & programmatic campaign management
- Proven experience in partnering senior stakeholders in recruitment marketing campaigns
- Confidence in communicating and storytelling with clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Hands-on experience speaking to media partners
- Strong colleague-support skills - ability to lead, influence and effectively communicate
- Campaign Management Technology - End User experience
- Focused on Quality and Accuracy, able to analyze and mitigate risks
- Being innovative and curious to find alternative solutions and can understand market trends and industry changes and how this impacts operational activity.
- IT literacy, competence and confidence in using MS tools to create QBR and MBRs
