The Role
Contributes to the achievement of client expected outcomes through supporting key client stakeholders with the delivery of talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement activities.
Building Trusted Advisor relationships with the client's business leaders, providing data led insights to support the client achieving their strategic talent acquisition outcomes.
Working closely with the client's business to understand hiring demand and demand drivers and working with AMS internal centres of expertise to translate these demands into actionable hiring plans.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing
- Building trusted Advisor relationships and onsite engagement with business unit leaders which may include hiring managers with high volume needs (e.g. contact centre leads or volume needs that affect the clients' strategic outcomes)
- Contribute to a range of client specified projects/that support the delivery of both the clients' desired outcomes and the strategic account plan. These might include process mapping, Hiring Manager capability programmes, assessment centre facilitation, demand planning & forecasting, DEI programmes.
- Deliver a communications program to stakeholder communities, anticipated to include quarterly insight-led reviews, sharing market and service insights to influence talent strategy and operational decision making.
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand the demand plan, communicating data led insights and supporting the clients demand planning, highlighting any misalignment to live hiring requirements.
- Ensuring the fulfilment of the demand plan for their assigned business units, giving regular updates on progress of delivery and any factors that are influencing our delivery of the service
- Conduct activities that contribute to projects supporting the continuous improvement of talent acquisition services including managing a two-way communication channel in relation to technology/AMS service improvements & upgrades.
- Identify and flag business development opportunities / opportunities to enhance scope of service to the AMS account leadership team.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
- Experience in building relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Ability to share insights to influence talent strategy and decisions.
- Experience in optimal demand planning, forecasting and fulfilment.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement and ability to identify and flag business development opportunities to enhance service scope to the AMS leadership team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
