What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process for our Stores and Regional Distribution Centres
- Post job adverts and screen applications
- Carry out telephone calls with prospective candidates, providing them with a realistic overview of the role
- Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines
- Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)
- Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback
- Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages
- Handle queries around contracts and documentation
- Create and check employment contracts
- Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
- Coordinate eligibility to work and reference checks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
- Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking
What you'll need
- Experience in a fast-paced highly operational role or experience in stores/retail would be advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
- Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
- Good computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous
