Job Title: Tackle Learning Manager
Salary: £25k - £28k + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Line Manager: Head of Inclusion
Role Summary: This role leads the Foundation's Alternative Provision education offering, supporting pupils at risk of exclusion or long-term school absence
Objectives:
- To deliver a high-quality alternate education provision
- To lead on student recruitment and host school liaison
- To support young people to achieve positive outcomes & sustainable exit pathways.
- Achieve relevant programme KPI's

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
- A relevant teaching qualification including PTTLS, CTLLS or DTLLS
- Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk young people & adults.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding & Risk assessments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging environments.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment as a line manager
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education or community development, sport, youth work, social work
- Experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making and evaluate project outcomes.
- Knowledge & experience of delivering community projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects, achieving budgets & KPIs.
