Job Title: Tackle Learning Manager

Salary: £25k - £29k + Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

Line Manager: Head of Inclusion

This role leads the Foundation's Alternative Provision education offering, supporting pupils at risk of exclusion or long-term school absence.

Objectives

• To deliver a high-quality alternate education provision.
• To lead on student recruitment and host school liaison
• To support young people to achieve positive outcomes & sustainable exit pathways.
• Achieve relevent programme KPI's

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential

• A relevant teaching qualification including PTTLS, CTLLS or DTLLS
• Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk young people & adults
• Experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making and evaluate project outcomes
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to remain calm in challenging environments
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment as a line manager

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education or community development, sport youth work, social work
• Knowledge & experience of delivering community projects
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding & Risk assessments.
• Proven track record of managing projects, achieving budgets & KPIs.
