We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Senior Manager to lead our efforts in driving technology, data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation through impactful learning experiences. This pivotal role requires a recognised expert who can provide thought leadership, set strategic direction and lead diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver future ready learning solutions. The role holder will be instrumental in shaping Deloitte's capabilities in these critical areas, ensuring our talent is equipped to navigate and leverage the rapidly evolving technological landscape.

The role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences to address critical technology and data capabilities across Deloitte. The role will identify skills and capability gaps across the Firm and the role holder will work with market leading suppliers and leverage learning Managers to create targeted learning interventions and measures programme effectiveness

A strong understanding of learning design and current technology and data trends is essential for creating and curating relevant content, managing platforms, and integrating Technology & Data learning into the wider firm curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Growth Curriculum Lead and Business Line Technology Leaders to identify Firm-wide Technology and Data skills gaps, provide thought leadership and set the strategic direction for technology, data, and AI learning innovation.

• Anticipate internal and external business challenges, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to proactively design and implement future-ready learning solutions.

• Drive firmwide AI Fluency through an established curriculum, with guidance of the Growth Curriculum Lead.

• Research and stay abreast of emerging Technology & Data learning technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.

• Align with DU EMEA, NSE and Global priorities and build a network of technology, AI & data experts to enhance collaboration.

• Develop comprehensive plans for learning programmes, aligning with organisational priorities in a fast-changing environment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Learning Managers; sharing thought leadership; providing guidance and oversight for their curriculum development and delivery activities.

• Work with market leading suppliers and internal design teams to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences focused on critical Technology & Data capabilities.

• Support the integration of Technology & Data learning into the broader learning curriculum, ensuring a blended learning approach that maximises impact.

• Oversee the curation and maintenance of a library of Technology & Data learning resources, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible in the flow of work.

• Utilise dashboards to track and analyse learner engagement, programme impact and performance data to measure the effectiveness of Technology & Data learning programmes and identify areas for improvement.

• Take responsibility for upskilling the Learning and Talent function to ensure that learning programmes and Talent processes make full use and gain full value from Firmwide AI capability & tooling

• Provide technical support and guidance to learners and facilitators on the use of relevant digital learning platforms and tools.

• Drive innovation through technology for external hire induction.

They will demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, coupled with robust problem-solving and risk management capabilities, allowing them to navigate complex challenges and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously within a dynamic, potentially matrixed, environment. A proven ability to drive strategy implementation and uphold governance standards is also crucial.

Essential:

• A leading expert who can be a go-to authority for advice, consultation, and approval on technology, data, and AI learning.

• In-depth understanding of how learning in technology, data, and AI contributes to business value

• The ability to set strategy, provide direct input to functional strategy, and develop plans that align with organisational priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong understanding of current and emerging Technology & Data trends and their strategic implications for a professional services business.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing unique and complex challenges with broad business impact.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

• Skilled at recognising diverse needs across Businesses and how to translate this into effective & impactful learning experiences.

• Experienced at influencing senior stakeholders and driving change through effective communication and collaboration.

• Expertise in curriculum design and development principles, with a focus on creating effective learning pathways for complex Technology & Data topics.

• Ability to leverage and oversee the effective use of learning technologies and platforms to deliver impactful Technology & Data curriculum.

• Data-driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness and programme ROI.

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing learning professionals.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of performance consulting methodologies.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles.

• Project management & Learning qualifications

• Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation with a firm-wide remit.
