Sustainability Manager

Our Client owns one of the largest projects in Europe and is building a large new railway.

They are looking for a Sustainability Manager responsible for managing the sustainability assessment strategy for the stations, depots, other railway buildings and infrastructure works.

Pre-assessments of BREEAM buildings and infrastructure (Formerly CEEQUAL) and develop technical standards for all phases of the project. This role is strategic and managing the assessments made by the contractors for around 10-15 New Buildings.

You will need excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work within a small team as well as the larger company. Influencing, negotiation, organisation and planning skills will all help to be successful in this exciting role.

Knowledge and understanding of BREEAM, environmental, planning policies and building legislation is essential. Experience within managing large BREEAM (CEEQUAL) Buildings or infrastructure or a lead role as a BREEAM Assessor would very useful.
