Are you an experienced residential surveyor or managing surveyor looking for a new challenge? We have a newly created Quality Manager position available in East Anglia for 2025. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of quality assurance and risk management within the residential surveying industry.

About the Role:

As a Quality Manager, you will support and guide regional surveying teams, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and compliance. You'll be integral in driving a 'Right First Time' culture, while providing leadership in quality performance, risk mitigation, and training.

This field-based role reports to the Regional Director. You'll maintain a portion of fee-earning work to stay current with industry systems, processes, and regulations. While there are no direct reports, you'll work closely with the Regional Management Team (RMT) to support surveyors across the region.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Surveyor (Assoc/M/FRICS) with a strong understanding of RICS standards and regulations.
• Proven Track Record in delivering high-quality services with minimal claims/audit failures.
• Experience in residential valuations, Desktops, Mortgage Valuations, and Level 2 Surveys.
• Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills to support and guide surveyors in the region.

Desirable Experience:

• Knowledge of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) is advantageous but not essential.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
