About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Support Stage Manager to oversee the technical delivery of entertainment across one of our four venues. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the LX/AV, Sound, and Stage Teams, ensuring that all shows are delivered seamlessly as rehearsed during technical and dress rehearsals.

Key responsibilities include the maintenance, cleaning, and stocking of all technical elements, including props, set pieces, pyrotechnics, and supporting materials. You will ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and ready for each performance.

A critical part of the role is maintaining the highest standards of health and safety both on and off stage. You will conduct regular safety checks, complete show reports, and monitor compliance with health and safety procedures throughout the production process.

In addition, you will support the development of a robust cover program for show operations and contribute to the creation of succession plans

About You

We're looking for experience in the entertainments industry, including stage management and leadership. Do you have a passion for delivering high quality entertainment, being able to to identify areas of improvement and implement ways to enhance processes and increase the team experience. Along with following all company procedures, brand guidelines and being flexible across our breaks, such as family, adult and conferences.
